Introducing Live Simple: rent the world’s most unique tiny houses!

logo_(1)Brendan Rempel built Live Simple to help anyone experience the tiny lifestyle. With the rise in popularity of tiny houses, he set out to eliminate all barriers to tiny living by making it easy for anyone to discover and rent unique, tiny accommodations.

The community marketplace allows for tiny homeowners to earn extra income by renting out their houses, while enabling people currently contemplating the tiny life to experience it for themselves (without having to fully commit to the social and monetary investments it entails). Right now, Brendan's biggest goal is to grow the number of listings on the site – after all, the more listings available on Live Simple, the more useful it is for everyone. So far, he's scraped listings from other non-tiny-focused rental websites and connects renters with homeowners manually. Now, the focus is to get tiny homeowners listing houses themselves, and he needs your help! If you know any tiny homeowners, send them a link to Live Simple to help spread the love and grow this project!

More than a marketplace, Brendan believes the biggest draw of Live Simple is the community of people using it to help each other enjoy tiny living. With internal messaging, Q&A forums, and a newsletter packed with interesting ‘simple’ content, Brendan thinks Live Simple can become a one-stop shop for anyone interested in making the switch to tiny living.
